Oldish’s first project, Aseonjae Tteokgalbi, is an HMR development collaboration with Chef Myung Hyunji—the first female Korean chef at Dubai’s Burj Al Arab and owner-chef of a premium Korean fine-dining restaurant in Cheongdam. As project manager, I oversaw the entire process, from branding and product development to factory operations, packaging, sales, and logistics, making it a long-term, end-to-end project.
