Hadori, on the eastern side of Jeju, is a village rooted in life—home to migratory bird habitats, the native Moonjuran lily, spring water that once sustained locals, and the protective fortress Byeolbangjin. Inspired by this spirit, Batmoroo was born: a name combining Batu (origin) and Moru (hill), meaning ‘a hill that becomes the source of life.
